Stacy WOD – db thrusters & burpees
AMRAP 12 minutes of:
5 10lb db thrusters, 5 burpees
She got 8 rounds + 3 thrusters.
It’s encouraging to me to see her improving so much so quickly. Her intensity and her burpees were especially great with this WOD. The burpees are getting better as her push-up is improving. Be able to push up harder is making her burpee much more efficient. She went to the doctor and got weighed so she is continually losing weight as well. I want to get her something to celebrate but I don’t know what or if it would even help. She’ s pretty encouraged right now as it is. She’s recovering evermore from the labor and pregnancy as well. She’s started to introduce small amounts of alcohol and caffeine back into her life when she knows she won’t be breastfeeding for a few hours. She had a fuzzy navel at the wedding the other night and she has been having a cup of Japanese Sencha tea with breakfast in the mornings. She never was big on coffee.
